Section titles and the rich-text editor.
Select a section in the outline to edit it.
Section title
The heading, which appears in the document and the outline.
Report content
A rich-text editor with a toolbar:

Section titles are the top level, so use H2 and H3 for structure inside a section rather than emphasising text to fake a heading — the table of contents is built from real headings.
Writing
The editor prompts write the technical narrative for this section. Content saves automatically as you type.
Moving and deleting
Up and Down move the section in the document. Delete Section removes it and its content.
