GeoCRM
Tailored pricing

Tailored pricing. Clear scope before you commit.

Start with the workflow creating the most pressure. We separate the ongoing subscription from implementation and document both before you make a decision.

Pricing questions

Why does GeoCRM use tailored pricing instead of publishing one number?

A team starting with scheduling and digital dockets has a different subscription and implementation scope from a multi-location firm connecting field, laboratory and reporting workflows. A short review prevents you paying for complexity you do not need.

What affects the subscription price?

The main factors are your number of internal users, operating locations and the workflows included. The proposal states the ongoing subscription separately from implementation.

What is included in implementation?

Depending on scope, implementation can include workflow mapping, configuration, data migration, training and rollout support. The deliverables and fee are agreed before work begins.

Can we start with one workflow?

Yes. Many teams begin with scheduling, digital dockets, laboratory work requests or reporting, then connect adjacent modules as adoption grows.

Do external client users count as internal users?

No. Subscription sizing is based on the people inside your organisation who use GeoCRM to run operations. Any external access requirement is scoped separately.
