Pulling in job resources
Inserting DCP tests, boreholes and photos linked to the job.
The Resources tab beside Outline finds material already attached to the report's job and inserts it.
Finding resources
The search box is prompted with DCP, borehole, photo… — the three most common. Searching returns resources linked to the report's job.
Why linking matters
If the tab reads no linked job resources are available yet, the report is not linked to a job, or that job has no resources. Link the report to the right job — see Creating a report.
What this is for
Inserting a DCP result or borehole log from here keeps the report connected to the source record rather than a copy of it. The figures in the report are the data in the system, not a screenshot of it.
Open media creation
The Open media creation link goes to the image tools, for building a figure when no suitable resource exists.
