The job detail panel

Header actions, overview, files, comments, ground logs and related records.

Clicking a job opens a detail panel with everything connected to it.

The header

Job number, status badge, job title and the project reference. Three actions sit underneath:

  • Add Report — starts a new report in the Report Builder, already linked to this job
  • Copy Summary — copies a text summary of the job to your clipboard, for pasting into an email or message
  • Open Schedule — jumps to this job on the Scheduling calendar

Overview

Three counts — Dockets, Reports and Assigned team — followed by Job location with a map and Get directions, then Schedule & location showing when and where the field team is expected.

Files

Documents attached to this job.

Comments

An internal discussion thread. Use it for notes between office and field staff. Comments stay with the job and are not visible to clients.

Email

Send the client a job confirmation. See Emailing a client about a job.

Ground logs

The Subsurface log studio launcher. Existing log sets are listed with their reference, location count, last-updated date and status. New Log Set starts a new investigation. See Field Testing for the whole workflow.
