The docket detail panel
Overview, work entries, photos, sign-off and docket history.
Opening a docket slides in a panel with four tabs.
The header
A Field docket label, the workflow badges (Open / Signed, Unsigned / Signed), the docket number and its project reference. Public docket sits on the right — see The public docket.
A metric strip shows Inspection, Field time, Work entries and Photos. Fields not yet filled show Not recorded.
Overview
Docket location maps the site with Get directions.
Linked records lets you open the source project or client without leaving the docket.
Work entries
The services and quantities recorded against this docket. An empty tab reads No services or quantities have been recorded on this docket yet — normal for a job that hasn't been completed in the field.
Work entries are what invoicing is built from.
Photos
Site photography attached to the docket.
Sign-off
Two signature panels side by side:
- Field representative — your technician
- Client representative — the client's site contact
Each shows the signatory's name and their captured signature, or No signature captured and an Unsigned badge.
Below them, Docket history is the audit trail:
| Entry | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Created | When the docket was raised |
| Last updated | Most recent change |
| Email sent | Whether the client has been emailed, or Not sent |
| Invoice | Invoice reference, or Not invoiced |
This is where you check what has and hasn't happened on a job.
