General settings
Workspace identity, regional and numbering defaults, logo and icon.
Settings → General settings holds workspace-wide defaults. Changes apply immediately across the application.
Workspace identity

These are described as core business details shared by GeoCRM and generated records, so they flow into generated documents.
Regional and numbering defaults

Timezone is workspace-wide, which is why everyone sees the same schedule regardless of where they are. Individuals have their own timezone on their profile for display.
Record number padding set to 4 produces CALC-0001 rather than CALC-1. Set it once at the start — changing it later leaves you with inconsistent historical references.
Logo and application icon
Two images:
- Workspace logo — appears in the sidebar and on the login screen. PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 4 MB. A wide, transparent image works best.
- Browser and shortcut icon — used for browser tabs and saved shortcuts. PNG, JPG or WebP, 32–1024 px, up to 4 MB. Square.
Click Save Settings.
