The site plan
Plotting positioned locations and verifying the coordinate reference.
The Site plan tab plots every positioned location in the investigation on a coordinate grid.
What it shows
Each location as a labelled point with its ID, type, depth and coordinates, on a grid with a north arrow. The header reports how many locations are positioned and which coordinate system is in use — for example 4 positioned locations · GDA2020 / MGA.
Locations that don't appear
Only locations with recorded coordinates are plotted. If a hole is missing, open its Location tab and set the easting and northing, or use Pick on map.
An important caution
The Studio labels this a diagrammatic preview and asks you to verify the coordinate reference before issue. Treat it as a check on your positions and a working figure — not as a surveyed drawing. Confirm the coordinate system matches the project's before it goes into a report.
