The Scheduling calendar
Week, month and agenda views, navigation, metrics and job colours.
Scheduling is the team calendar. It shows who is doing what, when, and where.
Choosing a view
Three view buttons sit in the top-right:
- Week — a seven-day grid with hourly rows. Best for dispatching and seeing gaps in a crew's day.
- Month — a full month, with each job as a coloured bar. Best for workload at a glance.
- Agenda — a simple chronological list. Best for reading quickly or on a small screen.
Moving around
- The ← and → arrows step back and forward one period
- Today returns to the current date
- The date range and timezone are shown beside the arrows
The timezone is your workspace timezone, not your browser's — so everyone on the team sees the same schedule.
The metrics strip
Four counts sit under the header and update with the period you're viewing:
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Scheduled jobs | Jobs booked in this period |
| Allocated hours | Total crew hours committed |
| Unassigned | Jobs with no team member — these need attention |
| Cancelled | Jobs cancelled in this period |
Unassigned is the one to watch. A job with no crew will not get done.
Display controls
Three buttons sit between the view switcher and Create Job:
- A panel toggle that hides the left filter panel
- A full-screen toggle
- A clock icon for time display options
Job colours
Each job takes the colour of the team member it's assigned to. Those colours are set per person in Team members — see Managing a team member. If two people are assigned, the job shows a split colour.
