A project is a site. Every job, docket, log, test and report eventually hangs off one.
Searching
The search box matches on project number, name, address or client.
Reading the register
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Number | The project number, for example 12274 |
| Project | Project name with the site address underneath |
| Client | The client, or No client recorded |
| Jobs | How many jobs have been booked at this project |
| Updated | When anything on the project last changed |
Projects showing No client recorded were usually created inline during job booking. Attach the client when you get a chance — reports and invoicing need it.
Sorting by activity
Sort by Updated to bring recently touched projects to the top. This is the quickest way back to whatever you were working on yesterday.
