What GeoCRM is
An overview of the platform, the work it covers and who uses each part.
GeoCRM is an operations platform for geotechnical and civil testing consultancies. It holds the whole chain of work your business runs on — from the first client enquiry through to the report you issue — in one connected system.
The work GeoCRM covers
A typical job moves through GeoCRM like this:
- A client engages you for work at a site.
- You create a project for that site.
- You schedule one or more jobs at the project — a day of compaction testing, a borehole investigation, a site inspection.
- Each job produces a docket: the field record of what was done, who did it, and how long it took. It gets signed on site.
- Samples go to the laboratory as a work request, where they are tested against Australian Standards.
- Field data becomes ground logs, DCP tests and engineering calculations.
- Everything is assembled into a report and issued to the client.
Every one of those steps stays linked. From an issued report you can trace back to the calculation, the test result, the borehole log, the docket, the job and the client — without leaving the application.
Who uses which part
GeoCRM is used by several roles, and you probably won't need all of it.
